Daniel E. “Ernie” Peagler – Attorney
Daniel E “Ernie” Peagler is a 1984 Graduate of the University of South Carolina. Ernie then worked as an insurance adjuster/appraiser (obtaining his AIC designation in 1988) until graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1995. In 1995, he was admitted to practice law in the State of South Carolina. Ernie was then admitted before the United States District Court for South Carolina in 1997. Ernie’s practice since being admitted had focused on representing injured workers in Workers’ Compensation claims and representing clients in personal injury claims. He also has acted as a part-time municipal prosecutor for the City of Cayce.
Ernie has served on the Board of The Appleseed Organization, and is an active member of Saluda River Baptist Church, where he serves as a Deacon. Ernie lives in Lexington, South Carolina and is married and has 3 children, who attend Lexington District One schools.
